SHIPMENT TO CONTIGUOUS 48 STATES - USA:
Please allow 6-8 weeks from the date of order. All orders within the contiguous 48 states will be shipped via UPS Ground Service. UPS requires that we ship to a street address and not a P.O. Box. A confirmation of shipment will be e-mailed to you along with a tracking number when your product ships. If you wish to upgrade shipping to 3-Day Select, Second Day Air or Overnight Air, please contact us for a freight price. (A rush delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday.)
USA – Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico:
These orders will ship via USPS and the actual freight charges will be added to your order.
SHIPMENTS TO CANADA:
Canadian shipments are shipped UPS Freight Collect.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
Currently, we do not accept orders for delivery outside the United States & Canada. We hope to expand our shipping area in the future.
Shipping Claims:
Items lost or damaged in shipment must be reported immediately. Delays may void any freight claim. No shortage claims will be accepted 21 days after the date of shipment.
Return Policy:
Colorado Specialty Hardware offers money back guarantee within 21 days of purchase. If purchased through a showroom, the return must be coordinated through the original showroom.
Warranty/Guarantee:
Colorado Specialty Hardware stands behind the materials and workmanship of all of its products with a lifetime guarantee. We will replace any defective part with a proof of purchase.
Our warranty does not include the finish on the hardware since climate, touch and environment will alter it over time. (Please see “About our Hardware” for further information.)

All potential resellers must have a valid state tax identification number, unless their state does not collect sales tax.
